First-time parents are seeking an infant nanny for their 6 month-old twins, to start March/April 2023 in Mumbai, India.  This will be a shared care role working alongside an existing team of nannies and nurses, with a rotational schedule of 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off, and working 6 days per week.  

The successful candidate will help with all aspects of the babies' care including developing and supporting routines, keeping the nursery and play areas clean and tidy, laundry and ironing, encouraging the babies' development, and with ensuring they meet their milestones.  Candidates must have prior experience with twins, should be discreet, considerate and comfortable working in a team environment, and should be open to regular and extended periods of international travel (including to the US, Europe and the UK).  The household is fully staffed, so a flexible mindset and excellent communication skills are essential, as is experience in building and maintaining a supportive, collaborative and caring environment for the babies and parents.  A medical background would be preferred; previous NICU or paediatric nursing experience would be ideal.  

The family is very COVID cautious: you will need to be fully vaccinated and boosted, will need to undergo regular PCR tests and the family would prefer the newborn care specialists to stay on-site, even when not working.  Candidates will be provided with a private bedroom and bathroom off-site and a car will be available for duties and personal use.
