A professional couple is looking for a long-term, part-time, live-out, Spanish-speaking nanny, in Wellington, Florida. The role start as soon as possible. No relocation is being offered so the candidate must be local. The family includes the mother, father, 7-year-old girl, and 4-year-old boy. They have birds, 2 pug dogs, and 1 pug dog that travels with them. Other staff includes a house manager, chef, two housemen, 2 housekeepers, a laundress, a personal assistant, two servers, and a full-time nanny.
Hours will ideally be Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, 8-9 hours per day. The family is flexible as to which three days, so as to fit in with any other job the nanny may have. Although part-time, the family is offering complete benefits, including medical, dental, and vision (at almost 90%), PTO, paid sick/personal days, paid federal holidays, a performance-based yearly bonus, 401k with matching, life insurance, and additional benefits with a premium.
The nanny must have several years of experience caring for elementary-aged children in a HNW formal family. You must speak Spanish. This person should be engaging, plan activities with the kids, be proactive, and nurture the children's growth and educate them. There may be light housekeeping duties, such as helping to keep the kitchen clean, keeping the kids bedrooms and play-rooms clean and organized, and helping with the children's laundry.
They nanny must be CPR/first aid certified, and must know how to swim. You must have a valid drivers' license, a car, and a clean driving record. The nanny must be COVID vaccinated and have a U.S. Birth Certificate, valid U.S. Passport, valid Permanent Resident Card (Green Card), or valid E.A.C.
