A young family of three based in Miami Beach is seeking a full-time nanny for their 1-year-old son. The general schedule for this position will be full-time, Monday through Friday, approximately 40-50 hours. The family does travel, and will spend approximately one month in California, one month in NYC/CT, and one month in Europe. They will provide accommodations in all travel locations. 

Job duties for this role include everything related to the baby, including all hands-on care, overseeing his sleep and feeding schedule, child related laundry and tidying, and providing him with enrichment and fostering his development. Both parents are very involved, so they hope to find someone who will work in a collaborative manner, and will be able to educate them while also being respectful of their parenting style. They would like to find someone who is willing to assist with some household duties while the parents are caring for the child, such as light meal-preparation. The candidate should have experience with infants and toddlers, and should be educated about developmental milestones and phases. They are seeking a candidate who can balance kindness and warmth with discipline and structure. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, trustworthy, and engaging.
