A mature couple who split their time between their homes in Miami, Southampton, and Manhattan are looking for a full-time, live-in housekeeper/dog nanny for their Miami apartment. This would ideally be a live-in role Monday through Friday as the couple's dog cannot be left alone for too long. The dog travels with them between each home, so you would only be responsible for the dog when the couple is in town (mostly October through March). The schedule will be Monday through Friday around 9am-6pm to maintain the apartment. The main responsibilities will include general cleaning of the home, packing for the couple, taking care of the couple's friendly Labradoodle, walking the dog, feeding the dog, hands-on and deep cleaning, completing laundry, coordinating with vendors and contractors, being proactive (if you see a leak you'll call the plumber rather than waiting to tell the principals), assisting with formal table service, and cooking occasionally. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, professional, reliable, and must love dogs. The couple is looking for a long-term fit. You must be able to drive for this role.
