A private couple is seeking a live-out housekeeper for their large home in Coral Gables, FL.  The schedule for this position is generally 5 days per week 8:30am-4:30pm, and will include one weekend day when the family is in residence. There is some flexibility required for special events and parties. 

Duties for this position include all aspects of housekeeping such as general tidying and organization, deep cleaning, and laundry, as well as some management tasks such as supervising vendors, overseeing the property while the principals are away, general errands, and grocery shopping. The ideal candidate for this position is self-motivated, discreet, and takes pride in their work. This is a large property but the majority is not used daily, so the housekeeper should be able to prioritize and manage their time effectively. The principals spend quite a bit of time traveling, so the housekeeper should feel comfortable looking after the home in their absence.
