A professional couple is looking for a long-term, full-time, live-out, chef, in Litchfield County, Connecticut. The role starts immediately. The family has one dog.
The chef must have completed culinary school and must have several years experience, specifically in a formal home. The chef will work Monday through Friday, making lunches and dinners for them. They do not have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. They do want healthy, organic meals. They do have a sophisticated palatte and appreciate a variety of cuisine. Occassionally they may ask the chef to make breakfast, which is basic (i.e. a shake and french toast). They do also ask for flexibility occassionally to work weekends, if they are entertaining guests.
There will be travel to the couples' home in California and to their home in France, where they have a vineyard. The chef must have their valid drivers' license and must have a valid U.S. Passport or valid Permanent Resident Card (Green Card), and be able to travel without restriction.
The family is offering a generous salary, and benefits after 60-days to include, medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid sick/personal days, paid federal holidays, life insurance, and a 401k.
