Overview

A professional in San Francisco is seeking an exceptional executive housekeeper to start ASAP. This role is open to out of state candidates. The schedule will typically be 12noon-9/10pm Monday through Friday, and the day will be split between the principal’s 2 bed/2.5 bath high-end penthouse apartment and their office, as follows; 12noon-5pm at the apartment, an hour’s break, cleaning up at the office from 6pm-7:30pm, and finishing off at the principal’s apartment until 9/10pm (to include helping the chef to clean up the kitchen and dining area, other miscellaneous tidying for the next day, as well as providing a turn-down service).

 

The housekeeper should provide a 5 star hotel service, changing the sheets and towels (all of which are 1-use only) on a daily basis, and deep cleaning the property in stages as the week goes on. Experience with laundering and ironing luxury clothing, linens, and custom items is essential, as well as experience with polishing delicate, crystal glassware and chrome touch points, maintaining/hand brushing the nubuck leather furniture, etc. There will also be a small amount of pet care for the principals 2 cats, to include litter box maintenance, feeding, or the occasional drop-off to the mobile groomer.

 

Candidates must be mature, polished, professional, and presentable, with consistent, long-term experience in a similar role. This is a formal household and candidates must uphold a formal demeanor at all times- a uniform will be provided.
