Very nice, down-to-Earth family is looking for a long-term, full-time, live-out, nanny/housekeeper/cook, in the Chelsea area of NYC. The family includes the mother, father, 7-year old son, and 5-year old son. They do not have any pets. The role would start January 2022 or possibly sooner.

The nanny/housekeeper/cook must have experience in a private home. This person will be responsible for cleaning the home, doing laundry, and ironing. Then will pick up the children after school, at approximately 2:30pm. This person will give them their after school snack, and help them with school work. The nanny/housekeeper/cook will also be responsible for cooking dinners for the family. The mother eats gluten-free, and the father eats Kosher.

The family spends the Summer in the Hamptons, so the role would then be live-in. When in the Hamptons, the family will pay for meals, and will pay for the train ride back to the city if the person would like to go home on their days off.

Hours will ideally be Monday - Friday, 11am - 7pm. This person should be flexible to stay late as needed, when the parent would like to go out, should be flexible to work occasional weekends, and flexible to stay with the children if the parents go out of town. They will pay for Uber when going home after 9pm.

The family is offering a medical stipend, two weeks PTO, five sick/personal days paid, and a yearly bonus. They will pay overtime of time and a half, when over 40 hours per week. They will pay time and a half, if working a federal holiday. The family is also offering a metrocard.

The nanny/housekeeper/cook must be cpr/first aid certified, and must know how to swim. Bonus if has a valid drivers' license. This person must also be able to travel with the family domestically. The nanny/housekeeper/cook must be Covid vaccinated.  If interested, apply to VV076.
