A family of four based in NYC is seeking a full-time NYC local personal assistant/house manager to help organize their busy lifestyle.  The role is based out of NYC with the flexibility to travel to  Southampton, Washington D.C., and the Bahamas as necessary.  This is a 24/7 mentality role.  Many days will require nothing at all, but occasionally an emergency may require instant availability.  The successful candidate for this role will be flexible to travel, have prior experience managing UHNW properties, dealing with vendors, managing staff, payroll, overseeing projects, and maintenance to keep a home organized and running smoothly. 


The ideal candidate should have prior experience arranging luxury travel, the ability to research and analyze the best hotel in Megeve for example, be able to decide whether to repair or replace a broken washing machine and research the best options for commercial vs. private flights.  You must be fluent in English, and be able to create grammatically correct and error-free emails.  The perfect candidate for this role must be tech-savvy, have experience working on Macs and iPhones, have excellent judgment, common sense, and use absolute discretion.  You must be legal to work in the US and have a US Passport, Green Card, or EAC to apply for this role.
