Overview

A lovely couple on the Upper West Side are seeking a full-time live-out lead nanny for their seven-month-old son. The schedule for this position is flexible- the nanny will be in charge of managing the schedule of the childcare team and making sure that the family has the coverage they need.

Duties will include everything related to the child and his well-being. This position is a lead nanny role- the family will be hiring additional nannies, and the lead nanny will be responsible for helping to train and oversee the rest of the childcare team. The family is looking for a nanny who has a background in childhood development or education, who is interested and invested in introducing their child to the world and helping him to thrive. Both parents work from home and are very involved- the nanny should feel comfortable with this dynamic and should have experience working with parents who are home and involved throughout the day. The ideal candidate for this position is educated, engaging, flexible, and nurturing, and will be a great communicator with strong leadership skills. The family would like to find a candidate who wants to be with them long-term as their family grows.

This position requires a candidate who is COVID vaccinated and swimming is also required. The family travels throughout the year, both domestically and internationally and they would like to find a nanny who is willing and able to accompany them. This family is seeking the best of the best- they will relocate a candidate from anywhere in the US, and will offer a very competitive salary and benefits. If you are legal to work in the US and are interested in this position, please apply to AS219.
