A high-profile family based in the West Village is seeking a full-time live-in nanny. The schedule will typically be 7am-7pm, Monday through Friday, though this will be discussed upon application. The family can provide 5 or 7 day live-in accommodations.

Responsibilities will include caring for their 4-year-old, organizing the child's wardrobe, prepping meals/snacks, preparing educationally stimulating and age-appropriate activities, managing his diary/appointments, keeping him on track developmentally, instilling etiquette and impeccable manners, and more. The child will be in school a few hours each day.  There is also a housekeeper, so laundry won’t typically be required, though candidates must have a collaborative approach to their work i.e. not think twice about unloading the dishwasher or taking the trash out, if required. Along with the housekeeper, a full-time house manager and chef will be joining the team, the ability to work well with others is a must. This is a busy household therefore flexibility, adaptability and organization are key to this role.

The ideal candidate will have a positive outlook on life, with a sense of humor and calming grounding energy. Someone sporty who will keep him busy will do well here. A team-player mentality is a must! Candidates must be willing to join the family when they travel to their country estate in the UK, as well as their home in London, and further afield as time permits. There is an 11-year-old Labradoodle who is a firm member of the family, so candidates must be pet-friendly. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a warm, fun family seeking a candidate who could become part of their family longer-term. If you are fully vaccinated, and are legal to work in the US, please apply to KO045.
